All labor and parts are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date the customer receives the equipment. We cannot be responsible for any misuse which may cause harm to work we have completed. Such harm will not be covered and determination is under our sole discretion. Please contact me with any issues and I will schedule a consultation to discuss repairs. We will cover the costs to replace or repair (which will be our sole discretion.) We will not cover shipping costs to our facility but will pay to have it shipped back to you. (The shipper will be selected at our sole discretion.)

 

 

The quoted price is absolute but does not cover any changes made by the customer once work has started. An addendum will be made to the quote in such a case. All quotes are good for 45 days from the point they are submitted to the customer.

 

 

A deposit is required before the modification or build can be started. The deposit is non refundable once materials have been ordered. If you decide to cancel the order after materials have been ordered you have the option to have the material shipped to you, at your expense.

 

All instruments will be stored for at least 30 days after notification of completion. If full payment is not received within 30 days, the instrument can be sold to cover the cost of the build or modification. Arrangements can be set up for extended payment times but must be set up prior to the start of the build.

 

 

 

These are additional waivers that you will be asked to agree to before modification work can be completed. It is also very important information that you might not be provided by other modification places.

 

 

 

I understand that this guitar may be a vintage instrument worth more than its original value. By agreeing to let Zyon’s Dream Guitars or its affiliates modify this instrument, I understand that it may change the vintage value of the instrument (possibly lowering it.) I also understand that any instrument has the possibility of becoming a vintage or rare instrument over time and by modifying it, the instrument cannot be considered mint condition and the vintage value could be lower. By signing this form I give Zyon’s Dream Guitar permission to perform any modifications or repairs on the agreed upon and signed quote with out liability in effect to vintage values.

 

 

I understand that Zyon’s Dream Guitar is not an authorized repair facility for the manufacturer of my instrument. I also understand that any work done by Zyon’s Dream Guitars and its affiliates could void my manufacturer’s warranty. With this, I also understand the warranty offered by Zyon’s Dream Guitars and agree to the terms of the warranty.
